Improved “Reaction on Comment” notifications  

Notifications for comment reactions now show the object subject first (e.g. campaign name, to-do title), followed by the reaction (👍❤️ etc.).

Separate notification for changes to To-do end date 

You can now enable a dedicated notification for changes to a To-do’s end date (including time). Note: This was previously part of “Changes in to-do details” and is now a setting on its own.

New grouping option 

A new grouping option has been implemented to group marketing objects by "Workspace category".

Subtasks in Board View in To-dos Module 

It is now possible to view subtasks in the board view of the to-do module. The setting can be activated in the field visibility settings. The status filter works for both to-dos and subtasks.

Harmonization of B&C KPI value order  

The Budget and Forecast values in the B&C KPI have been harmonized to have the same order logic as the other performance KPIs - now the Budget is the plan value at the bottom, and the Forecast is the actual value.

Customer-Specific Default Columns in Budget & Cost Detail Grid 

The default set of columns shown in the newly introduced Budget & Cost Detail Grid can now be customized per customer. Any available column from the column selector – including both standard and custom fields – can be defined as part of the default setup. Please contact your Marmind representative if you would like to adjust your default column configuration.

Editable Fields and Comments in Budget & Cost Detail Grid  

The recently introduced column selector in the Budget & Cost Detail Grid has been further enhanced. Users can now edit editable standard fields as well as custom fields of type text and lookup directly within the grid. Clicking a cell opens an input or dropdown for editing.  

Additionally, by enabling the “Comments” column in the selector, users can view the number of existing comments and open a popup to read or add new ones. 

This enhancement builds on the new column selector, greatly improving usability and making the editing of cost details much faster and more intuitive.

Improved Currency Conversion Based on Cost Period  

Currency conversions have been improved to ensure that the exchange rate valid at the time of the cost period is always used — whether the period lies in the past, present, or future.

Read-only feature for Custom Fields 

You can now define Custom Fields as read-only. This means users can still see the field and its value, but they can no longer edit it.  This can be setup on Panel, Group or individual Custom field level and you also have the option to only making it read only depending on a formula (e.g.: make a field read-only only for certain user).

Mindscript enhancement "Target Countries" 

The attribute "Target Country" and "Target Region" can now be accessed via mindscript for all tree objects - workspaces, campaigns, projects and actions.

Pasting lists now auto-adds rows in DataTables 

When you paste more values than there are rows left in a DataTable, new rows are now added automatically so that your full list is inserted at once. So you no longer need to create extra rows manually before pasting.

Improved synchronization of DataTable custom fields 

For objects with active copy/sync, new rows added to custom DataTable fields are now automatically synchronized. Changes and additions made in the DataTable of the source object are transferred to the synced object and reflected in the corresponding field. This ensures that all values remain up-to-date and consistent, even after copy/sync is enabled.

% Split Calculation in Dashboard for Products  

The percentages entered using the product panel can now be dynamically applied to the budget and cost KPIs.  The function is activated in the Chart Wizard on the preview page (prerequisite: grouping by product). Multiple groupings are not possible when this function is activated.

Dashboards | Provide "Duplicate" dashboard capability 

Existing dashboards (collections) can now be duplicated in order to quickly create similar views with adapted groupings or filters, without manually rebuilding all charts and configurations from scratch.

Dashboard currency selector 

The currency selector is now available in the toolbar.

Pause Workflow on archived objects 

There is a new workflow function to automatically pause workflow on archived objects - this can be used to improve the performance when a large number of workflow connections are set up in a Marmind system.
