Adding “Custom Links” to the user menu

It is now possible to create up to 5 individual menu items for the user menu in the Super Admin area under “User-defined links”. Web URLs and email addresses (mailto:emailaddress) are supported.

This means, for example, that links to systems in the marketing tool landscape can be integrated directly.

Upcoming - Custom Fields updated to Angular 15 on staging

In the August staging release Custom Fields are updated to the Angular 15 technology, giving us better performance and a modern base for future work.

Available new features in August on Stage:

• condition-based visibility for groups & panels

• setting help tooltips for custom fields

• min/max value limits for multi-select lookups

Coming next:

• read-only settings for fields

• required-field rules

Production stays unchanged for now, staging lets you confirm everything works as intended.

"Other Categories" of campaigns can be hidden. The feature can be turned on and off in Swagger.

Enhanced Filter Options in Budget & Cost Grid

Previously, parent filters in the Budget & Cost Grid displayed only values associated with existing costs, limiting users' ability to filter objects without assigned costs. With this update, filters now display all values used by objects within the selected context, regardless of cost assignments.

This improvement applies to all parent filters in the Budget & Cost Grid, including the pop-up views from Budget & Cost Grid, Plan, and Grid.

Budget Grid Column Order Adjustment

To enhance user clarity, the Budget Grid now displays the input currency as the first column and the key currency as the second. This change ensures that users input budgets directly into the first column, reducing confusion when different input currencies are defined.

To-do checklists | New selection option with role filter has been enhanced

The to-do list now offers the new “Custom Role” filter when assigning responsibility for to-dos from checklists by clicking on the avatar (single to-do) as well as when clicking on the “Responsible” function in the toolbar (multiple to-dos).

Value Count Validation for Multi-Select Lookups (only for the new version of Custom Fields)

Admins can now define min/max limits for multi-select fields in new Custom Fields.

The settings options of the dashboard charts have been expanded to include additional grouping options to display values ​​in charts grouped by object categories.

Asset Workflow | Lock deletion of versions                

The "Lock Entity" function in the asset workflows has been extended to include the "Delete Versions" function to prevent already released asset versions from being deleted.

Clearer Error Message for Unauthorised Users

Users without OIDC/SSO entitlements now get a clear “Access denied” message instead of an Internal Server Error.

Adding absence substitute in the admin settings

After selecting the absence period with the date picker a further custom field called "absence substitute" is visible as an optional field with the possibility selecting one user out of the registered client user in Marmind. By hovering over the absent user in the front end, the substitute user will be mentioned.

Setting lookup fields via mutation

Writing/setting of lookup fields is now possible via GraphQL in a mutation.
