Release Notes v2025.06

The new MARMIND v.2025.06 offers the following changes:

 Dashboard

Support for filtering by custom fields in Dashboards

Dashboards now support filtering by custom fields for each object type directly in the chart configuration wizard.

Support for Filtering by Calculated Fields

In Dashboards, Filters can now be applied per object type using calculated fields, enabling more tailored reporting - such as filtering marketing objects by specific value sets. When a calculated field of type "Set" is selected, the filter dynamically displays selectable values based on existing data across all relevant objects.

Support for Grouping by Custom Fields in Stacked Bar Charts

Custom fields are now exposed and selectable in dashboards. You can now group data in stacked bar charts by custom fields. Note that unsupported field types such as RichText, Asset, and AssetLink are excluded from grouping.

Stacked Bar Charts with Multi-Dimensional Grouping

You can now split stacked bar charts by a second dimension using the new "Grouping" feature in the chart configuration wizard. Each chart supports a maximum of two unique groupings.

New option for axis scaling

In addition to the automatic scaling of the y-axis, the dashboard charts in MARMIND now offer a new option for defining a maximum scale value. This allows to create multiple charts with the same axis scaling and compare values more easily. The scale limits can optionally be set for positive as well as negative values.

 Budget & Costs

Monthly cost columns available regardless of the planning structure

From now on, monthly columns for all types of costs – including forecasts, actual costs, and costs by type – can be selected in the column selector, regardless of the defined planning structure (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). This allows for a more flexible and consistent presentation of cost data across all periods.

Extension of Cost linking pop-up

Two new filters have been added to the pop-up for linking costs:

  • Same object only: Only those costs are displayed that are also in the tree object of the costs you want to link. This new filter can be used together with the existing “Include sublevels” filter.

  •  Show accepted costs

Team

Adaption of profile attribute "Company"

The former free text attribute “Company” has now been migrated to a lookup. The lookup entries can be customized and added to in a new menu in the admin settings.

GraphQL

Improvement to Depiction of Floating-Point Numbers in the GraphQL API

The values displayed in "value" and "text" no longer deviate from each other.
