to-do date

In the admin settings (Collaboration & Communication) a dedicated work calendar can be pre-selected per default for the whole root folder, so possible changes can be easily done by the client Admins in the future.

Budget & Costs

Budget Scenarios Now Available in Budget Group Mode in Budget & Cost Grid

We’ve extended support for budget scenarios in the Budget & Cost grid! In addition to the Tree view (released in March), budget scenarios are now also available in Budget group mode - making it easier to compare and analyze data across all planning structures in one comprehensive view.

What’s New:

  • Column Selector Integration: Budgets and variances for all budget scenarios can now be added via the column selector.

  • Planning Structure Coverage: Data is available for all planning structures—monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.

  • Active Scenario Highlight: The active budget scenario is clearly marked with "(active)" in all relevant sections.

  • Calculated Columns Support: Selected scenario columns are now available as sources in "Source 1" and "Source 2" for calculated columns.

Comment Indicators in Budget & Cost Tree View

We’ve enhanced the Tree view in the Budget & Cost grid! You can now easily see if a tree object has comments, and how many, via a comment bubble icon next to its name. Clicking the icon will open the object’s details popup, automatically scrolling to and expanding the comment panel for quick access.

Improved Filters in Cost Linking Pop-Up

To enhance usability in the Budget & Cost module, we’ve added new filtering options to the cost linking pop-up.

What’s New:

  • Show closed, rejected, and cancelled costs – New checkbox to include these cost items (default: unchecked).

  • Current context only – Filter to limit results to the current context (default: checked).

  • Include sublevels – Option to show or hide costs from sublevels (default: checked).

These additions make it easier to focus on relevant cost items and streamline the linking process.

Improved Currency Handling When Selecting Vendors for Planned Costs

When selecting a vendor with a different currency, the system now:

  • Shows an info message to alert you of the currency change.

  • Automatically applies the correct exchange rate.

  • Informs you if a conversion isn’t possible due to a missing exchange rate.

This ensures accurate cost data and better transparency.

Edit Planning Periods with existing costs

It is now possible to change the sub-period (time breakdown) of a planning period even if costs have already been recorded. Example: If the budgeting for the planning period was previously set to “Year,” it can now be changed to “Month,” even when costs are already present.

Important: existing Budgets must be removed beforehand.

Start Date of Planning Periods Limited to First of the Month

Users can now only select the first day of a month as the start date for planning periods. This ensures data consistency and prevents potential planning issues.

Custom Fields

Action mutation panels - extension to "custom fields"

The mutation panels of marketing activities have been expanded to include the "calculate custom fields" function Mutation-specific values such as the "mutation ID" can now be displayed in a custom field

GraphQL API

Extension: Important days and periods & Working calendars

Important days and periods (settings) and Working calendars (settings) were implemented for GraphQL API (CREATE, READ, UPDATE, DELETE).
